  • Can my partner and I have the same policy?addremove

    Yes, the policy is available in the following forms: single life (first death) or joint-life (death of both).

  • What are the additional offers included in the policy, apart from the benefits mentioned?addremove

    - Upfront Bonus: This is allocated to policyholders upon the payment of the first premium, on the date the policy commences. 

    - Loyalty Additions: An additional bonus on every policy anniversary 

     

  • Do I need to surrender the policy if I need money urgently?addremove

    You can put in a request for a partial surrender instead. This allows you to withdraw up to 85% of the policy cash value, subject to terms and conditions. 

  • What are the minimum payment terms of the policy?addremove

    Three years.

  • Can I change my payment frequency during the policy term?addremove

    Yes, you can change your frequency from (and to) monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual payments after the completion of the initial contribution period and before the due date.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?addremove

    We accept premium payments in the following formats:

    1.           Direct debits (including automated payments)
    2.           Post-dated cheques
    3.           Credit cards
  • What happens if I miss a premium payment?addremove

    We offer a 90 days grace period that gives you relief from payments during uncertain phases in your life, subject to terms and conditions.

  • What if I can’t make a payment?addremove

    You can request a premium holiday for a maximum period of 12 months, subject to terms and conditions. 

  • What is the minimum premium I can pay to avail the policy?addremove

    Depending on the frequency, the minimum premium is decided. For example, if you opted for monthly frequency then you can pay as minimum as AED184.
